    Stopped being accurate

    I bought this in October 2020 and it did well but for only 2 and a half years after the meticulous care that I've given it. The carafe side has become uncalibrated and gives two cups less than what I programmed. I program 12 cups and I get 10, program 8 cups and I get 6. So now I can't brew a full pot and I have to remember to program 2 cups more than what I want. Super disappointed that I didn't even get three years out of a $200 coffee maker.

    Christmas surprise

    I actually won one of these at a Christmas party and my wife bought me one that Christmas not sure which one we kept but either way the pot of coffee never makes the amount selected. Almost everytime it makes at most 6cups which is not a selection. Not sure if it is a design flaw or a defective unit it also leaks water thru the k cup area when you make a pot so we have to keep a cup there to keep it from spilling out on to the counter. I would not recommend this product.

    Coffee is Okay, the major shortfall is that the pot pours like a dribble cup , no matter how you try to alleviate the dribble about 25% goes everywhere but the cup. I went back to my K-Cup brewer.

    This is the 2nd unit we have purchased and the carafe is poorly designed - when pouring it leaks. Also does not brew to 12 cups only will brew to 10

    Concept great, descale requirements too much.....

    We've had this coffee maker just over a year. The concept is great, however the frequency of descaling is awful. I use the charcoal filters along with filtered water and a whole house water softener. If you live anywhere that has hard water of any kind beware the descale process is painfully cumbersome and can take more than a day to clean with a high vinegar concentrate solution. We are donating another Keurig to goodwill.

    The shrink fit is unfit.

    Less than a week the plastic top is no longer tight to the glass so it leaks. Pour it very slowly using only half of the pour spout it still leaks one inch over to the left, there is a gap. I want a replacement.

    Coffee pot leaks terrible design

    Very disappointed with coffee pot. It leaks every time we pour a pot of coffee. Created a trouble ticket and got a very generic reply that was not helpful. I went online and it appears that many other individuals have the same problem. We had a Cuisanart duo prior to this and never had a issue with the pot. Please help!

    Coffee pitcher design flaw

    The pitcher has a design flaw. It will dribble coffee when you try to pour onto a cup. I have had other coffee makers, but it does not spill/leak out coffee when you pour it onto a cup. Keurig should address this poor design.

    Don't ignore the bad reviews

    Don't buy this unless you enjoy dripping coffee all over the place every time you pour a cup. I ignored the reviews and at first it was great, but not long after it started dripping. I tried sanding the spout like some people suggested. It worked great but after a couple of pots it started dripping again. Do a Google search for this and you'll see a lot of people with this problem. Keurig acts like they have never heard of this before and will send you a new coffee pot that will do the same exact thing. Two stars because besides the dripping that will drive you insane, it's an ok coffee maker.
