    Horrible Customer Support

    The coffee maker worked great for about 20 cups. The add water light came on, making it impossible to brew coffee. Went through the troubleshooting in the manual with no luck. Called their Tech line and got NO help. Worst Customer Service I’ve experienced in my 50+ years. The “expert” was clearly reading from a script. Kept asking the same things. Never resolved the problem, so I sent an email. They told me to call the Tech line. Now I have a $139 paperweight.

    Do not waste your money

    Do not waste your time or money on this. I am on my 3rd machine in less than 6 months. My previous two just stopped working. Yes, the manufacturer will replace them, but I would prefer a refund and spend my money on a more reliable brand that delivers a product what lasts.
