Perfect! Easy to use! Easy to clean! Brews fast and I love the extra hot feature!

KeuRig has obviously been around & innovating forward their products constantly for the consumer. This is my second purchase of the same concepts but this is the newer one & overall dimensions etc is much better— the whole thing takes up about as much as normal coffee maker and some single cup KeuRig models. Having the option to brew a cup or pot is great & definitely eco (when not having to use so many pods), economical friendly when there’s multiple people drinking coffee.

The Keurig K-Duo has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. I love having the flexibility to brew a single cup when I'm in a hurry or make a full pot of coffee for guests or busy mornings. The cotrols are simple, the water reservoir is generous, and switching between single-serve and full pot brewing is effortless. It's convenient, reliable, and perfect for anyone who ants versatility without sacrificing flavor. Highly recommended!

Keurig is a wonderful brand. I have had my original Keurig for many years. We purchased the Duo to save space and serve as a multi-functional “coffee bar”, including cold brew options. The Duo offers precision brewing and quality coffee for the Best Buy!

Love everything about this its ease of use, footprint and quality

No problems so far. Had it for about a month now. Makes coffee EXTREMELY fast and is an incredible upgrade from our last coffee maker. The K-Cup addition is extremely simple and easy for anyone to use as well as clean. The interface is super simple for however much coffee you want to make.

I love having both options in one appliance. I can have my one cup of coffee each morning, but I also have the pot for when I have company. I also love the “extra hot”’feature and the fact that it automatically turns off. Great purchase.

Only purchase if it is on sale for one hundred dollars. I purchased it for one hundred sixty, then 20ish days later it went on sale for one hundred (actually a penny less than one hundred). I thought awesome I can do a price match – how wrong I was. As a longtime loyal Best Buy customer, I used to get a 45-day return/price match window for spending xxxx+ dollars a year. Since I have not purchased their “paid” membership – My Best Buy Plus or Total – I am no longer a “loyal” customer, but a “standard” customer and only get an unreasonable 15 day return/price match window…..so much for being loyal all these years. The reason I would only purchase this coffee maker when it is on sale for one hundred is because that is all it is worth. It makes good coffee, but no better than my old Hamilton Beach Flex Brew that died after many years. The only real plus to this coffee maker over my old is the larger water reservoir. The downside is that you are limited to 6, 8, 10, 12 cup/oz amounts. My old coffee maker could make anything between 2 and 12 cups. I have not used the over ice feature, so I cannot say yet if that is a bonus or not.

Amazing Coffee Machine. One of my favorites so far

I really like this. I’m a coffee drinker so it was the best thing to buy for me. I like how when I run out of K cups I can use the other pot to make coffee and it taste just as good. I would recommend this.

I had a year old Cuisinart series S S -16. The instructions on how to operate very confusing and started leaking from underneath. As I had a Keurig before and never had any problems, single serve. Chose a K-Duo single serve. Best move I made along with ordering from Best Buy.

So far so good. I love the large removable tank in the back that makes it easy to fill with water. Product is made durable. I also love the shape of the pot. It is designed in a way that prevents spills and easy to pour. I think this is the best coffee machine I had so far.

Best Keurig yet. Love hat you can make a pot or just one cup. I have had Keurig for years, This is the best one yet.

Love it. It is great for a cup for yourself, or a pot for guests.
