This was a replacement for my last Keurig that died on me. The coffee is hotter than any other Keurig I have owned and stays hotter because of that. The big pot makes great coffee when I want to change brands. Be sure to get the filters, which do not come with the coffee pot. The additional pod for use with all coffee was not provided either.

I AM SO THRILLED TO BE THE OWNER OF MY NEW KEIRG SYSTEM! IT REALLY ROCKS! I CAN SET THE TIMER TO MAKE A POT OF COFFEE ON THE WEEKENDS FOR HUBBY & I BEFORE I EVEN SNEAK OUT FROM UNDER THE COVERS. OR I CAN JUST MAKE ME A CUP SINGLY, I LIKE EXTRA HOT USING THE 6 CUP MODE, HUBBY LIKES THE 8 CUP! ITS SO EASY TO CLEAN AND SO EASY TO FILL THE WATER INTO, NOT JUST A SMALL HOLE YOU HAVE TO RING BUT THE TOP COMES OFF SO YOU CAN POUR THE WATER IN WITHOUT SPILLING ANY WATER AT ALL! This coffee maker is great. It is straightforward to use and I love the large water reservoir on the back. The ability to choose between ice and hot coffee is an amazing option too!

This is the perfect tool to get my caffine fix. It is super easy to work and makes the best cofee.

I was looking for a Kuerig-designed product that would make a pot of coffee or use a pod for a single cup. It is very intuitive to use and makes an excellent cup of coffee. The only drawback for me is that it makes 6-12 cups in the karafe. For improvement on the product, it would nice to have the option of brewing a minimum of 2-4 cups instead of a minimum of 6. It would also be nice to combine the unit with a built-in frother.

Best purchase ever! I brought this to replace my older model and it’s is certainly an upgrade even though I am sure I paid less than what I paid for my old one. Best Buy had a great holiday sale that made the price even better! Works perfectly with the reusable cup for my own coffee so I don’t have to by the expensive cups if I don’t want to! They only other thing I wish I could do is be able to turn the hot plate on a little longer to keep coffee hot for longer if I wanted to, but certainly is not necessary.

My mom was so excited and surprised for this gift! She uses it daily and it also save her money from going out an buying a latte.

Purchased as a non coffee drinker and I must say it does the job. Very easy to use and set up as well as maintain.

The Keurig K-Duo has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. I love having the flexibility to brew a single cup when I'm in a hurry or make a full pot of coffee for guests or busy mornings. KeuRig has obviously been around & innovating forward their products constantly for the consumer. This is my second purchase of the same concepts but this is the newer one & overall dimensions etc is much better— the whole thing takes up about as much as normal coffee maker and some single cup KeuRig models. Having the option to brew a cup or pot is great & definitely eco (when not having to use so many pods), economical friendly when there’s multiple people drinking coffee.

I love having both options in one appliance. I can have my one cup of coffee each morning, but I also have the pot for when I have company. I also love the “extra hot”’feature and the fact that it automatically turns off. Great purchase.

Great coffee maker. Only downfall is when you use the individual pod side it automatically turns on. So if you have to be careful

Keurig is a wonderful brand. I have had my original Keurig for many years. We purchased the Duo to save space and serve as a multi-functional “coffee bar”, including cold brew options. The Duo offers precision brewing and quality coffee for the Best Buy!
