Perfect for quick coffee or traditional coffee brew

Very easy transition to this new machine. Like that there are more settings (6 oz to 12 oz) and you switch from oz to cups to use one side or the other. Does seem to brew a bit stronger than previous machine though

This is a really good coffee maker. The only problem I have with it is that you can’t brew less than 6 cups. I like really strong coffee. I used to buy really intense K cups from a company that ceased operations. While on a hunt for replacements, I figured I might go back to traditional drip coffee - occasionally making a really strong single cup of coffee. This machine won’t do it.

This is our 2nd Keurig dual system coffee maker. It works but there are significant drawbacks that single system coffeemakers fixed many years ago. There is no protection against overflow! Without the carafe in place at all or in place properly, it does NOT STOP and goes all over everywhere. There is no pause to get coffee if the pot is brewing. In this newer version, the basket is particularly deep, and sometimes during the brew process the coffee grounds rise above the filter and end up in the carafe or just dirty the basket and the inside of the coffee maker. We got it to save space and theoretically be more convenient. I dislike it and feel consumers deserve better quality products. The only plus is that it does make coffee in the carafe and via pod.

Love the large water tank, hot button, strong button, and how fast it makes my cup of coffee.

Really like this new keurig. The "strong brew" function really works. So does the "hot" option.

With 2 different options i am able to make a coffee immediately for work using at set timer on the pot or immediate coffee with kcups

Really enjoy our new Keurig. Thanks to Bestbuy insurance we were able to return our other Keurig as it was faulty.

The new Keurig coffee maker that I just purchased has worked very well. I have no complaints so far, it has perfectly brewed every pot or cup that I have tried!

I regret this purchase. I gave it 2 stars because it would be unfair to give it 1 when I have yet to brew a pot that might be OK. I prefer to have a fresh single cup of coffee. My Cuisinart Coffee Station had 2 reservoirs but this has only 1. You waste a lot of water to make a single cup. The brew is too weak, and the reusable filter cup cannot hold enough grounds to make it stronger. I tried pushing the stronger Button, but it is still too weak. I can try reducing to 6 ounces, but I am disappointed.

Been using since Christmas and still working like a champ. Very convenient and big money saver

Excellent Keurig coffeemaker! Nice to have two options of making coffee. It is big, so you need a lot of counter space for it.

So far so good. A bit fancier then the last one we had but I like it.
