I spend a lot of time, minutes really, cleaning the mess every week. This would be solved if the pedestal could be raised to bring cups closer to liquid streaming down from machine. My old Keurig had this feature and I sorely miss it.

Works well and does what its intended to. Low maintenance. The large water reservoir makes refilling less of an hassel.
