I've had 2 K classics before and they were great, this thing is junk. Wasn't getting the water hot and dispensed 1 oz more water than it was supposed to in every setting, therefore every cup was watered down. Customer service replaced it but the second one is doing the same. I'll end up disposing of it I guess and buy another K Classc

Probably the nicest looking one for your house. They have newer ones now that also look quite nice. Wish the water got hotter on these.

I would not have paid the full price but I got it on sale and had Best Buy reward certificates to use Which made the price more practical.
