Had to upgrade an older model and I'm glad I waited for this new one. They went back to the metal handle and added more brewing sizes. Super happy with this model!

Great Upgrade option

Really love the hot water feature and the multiple size mug options. The slate color looks very nice in any kitchen space also.

This new one lasted about a month before it started doing the same thing. I have tried to contact Keurig several times with no reply back. Now it is past my return/exchange period. Awesome!

Sleek, modern, and gets the job done

Works similar to older models with the addition of a cold brew option. Only minor issue so far is a leakage while the water heats up; this only occurs sometimes and is very minor, lands in the drip tray minimizing messes.

We got it on sale and don’t regret buying it.

So far no complaints I am writing this a month later with no regrets. Ps the appearance is also superb.

It heats up and brews quickly. I had read comments that the unit leaks [ I have not encountered that.

Saves time, effort, money everything. Prefill with water then set timer for the morning. Wake up every morning to a perfectly brewed cup of coffee. Can’t beat that.
