So far no complaints I am writing this a month later with no regrets. Ps the appearance is also superb.

Cheaper product than what was replaced under warra

Finally found one we were impressed with and wouldn't you know it , it quit working also . Of course the replacement one for this one is cheaper but slightly more.

Saves time, effort, money everything. Prefill with water then set timer for the morning. Wake up every morning to a perfectly brewed cup of coffee. Can’t beat that.

This was at the beginning of COVID lockdown. Best Buy was the only place to get it same day. At first I was not happy, since I don't use regular k-cups. Once I got the proper insert, my only issue is the amount of water it holds. Other than that, I love it.

New coffee machine

It’s nice to have it ready to go when you get up in the morning. There’s less waste by not making a full pot that you might not finish.

There was no problem exchanging for the K-CUP ELITE. Please consider the warranty on future products as products are made to be disposed of rather than repaired. Well worth the extra money. I gave a 4 star rating on the coffee maker NOT on BEST BUY

This model is perfect for my wife and I. The bigger water reservoir is a plus and I use the iced coffee feature a lot.
