    I am not a coffee drinker but, wanted to be able to offer coffee to visitors. I have since found hot cider that I really like and the machine is getting used way more then I could have imagined.

    Saves many hours over old-fashioned brewers. Also I hate coffee grounds. Most people do not know that the best results come from manually pushing the cups down to their rims so there is a snap noise, tight fit increases efficiency and taste, Has button for extra strength which also helps.

    Great machine. It is used in a waiting room. The only drawback is that the sizes are displayed with images - having oz labels would be helpful.

    We replaced our smaller version with this larger one that has several handy options. Clock, start time, different cup sizes plus an iced coffee selection. We love the larger water tank too.

    Was very pleased the first time making coffee with this device. Had a little trouble setting the times and had to call Keurig but a couple minutes after that I was brewing like a champ

    Best Keurig I've ever used!! Had it for a year now and it's still going strong. Makes excellent cold drinks, which is why I wanted it. Love that feature!

    Very disappointed with this Keurig have purchased other ones in the past and never had problems with them. This one leaks after brew is done and when the machine is turned on. It has leaked so much that it filled the holder cups sit on. Maybe a defect or just the style.
