    This one had a problem early on with cup sizes becoming inconsistent. Best Buy traded it right in.

    Broken after 5 weeks of use. Descale does not work and pump appears to be clogged with no solution due to design flaw

    Really convenient; a little more expensive per cup but I don't have to make 4 cups to get one, so maybe not as much more as it might seem.
