I’m really pleased with it because the power button it on top (no more reaching to the back), the cup sizes are buttons on top so you don’t have to go through a menu to change and it’s stylish looking.

My new one (same model) is okay -but does not puncture the pod correctly each time and I have to force it a few times before it punctures the pod. Otherwise, it's good.

The controls are well explained and logically laid out. I takes about a minute to finish a brew cycle. I haver had mine for months without a hitch.
