Amazing upgrade from what i have

Otherwise, not complaints so far. Heats up quick, has enough size options. I like the ability to dispense just hot water, a feature my last one didn't have.

MAKES GOOD COFFEE BUT...

And that's with a high 15oz. mug on the raised platform! Very light-weight so it moves around at the slightest touch. Made with lots of plastic. It does make a really good cup of coffee though.
