This is a great coffee maker among other drinks. But you should buy the warranty because the only last about 2 years or less for the most part.

I used it for a long time. We bought a new one with a coffee pot as well. I handed off to brother and he still uses

crap.. its crap... I've had 2 K classics before and they were great, this thing is junk. Wasn't getting the water hot and dispensed 1 oz more water than it was supposed to in every setting, therefore every cup was watered down. Customer service replaced it but the second one is doing the same. I'll end up disposing of it I guess and buy another K Classc

Easily one of the best coffee makers in the Keurig product line. You can make both hot and cold brews with this. it's a great product for coffee, tea, and cocoa, Easy to use and build quality is awesome.

My old Keurig bit the dust and I decided to spend a bit more for the extra features in this model. So glad I did! Has water temp adjuster so my coffee is actually HOT when done - really like the hot water dispenser for making oatmeal, mac n' cheese, etc... - 2 of us in the house lie stronger coffee while the other 2 don't, the strong brew button makes it possible for us all to use the some k-cups and brewer - the ice-coffee button and size features also make having freshly made iced coffee or tea a breeze!

Very happy with this... Makes coffee quickly, and we control the temp. Refill is much more convenient as well.

Bought this for my best friend and she loves it! Loves not having to clean out a coffee pot every morning!

I bought this one to replace my last Keurig. Works great and I even like it better. Controls are easy to use and no problems as of yet.

I have tried two other kcup coffee makers and this newest model Keurig coffee is far better than both I purchased prior to this model.

Bought this to replace our old keurig. I like the new color. My favorite feature is the “strong” button.

We bought this model because of the cold coffee option, every time we try to make iced coffee it taste super watery, so we don’t use that option anymore. I would go for a more affordable model and not spend the extra money for the iced coffee option.

wife uses it daily and loves it! the wake up timer feature is awesome on this machine, and the ability to have iced coffees.
