Replacement for one from 7 years ago. Like that this one is smaller and could get to match my other appliances. Also like the fact that water heater can be set to be hot when I get up in the morning.

works well. Easy to figure out and coffee is good with all the choices for making it.

Easy set up, hot cup every time. Price is worth the product. Never a cup of old coffee. Too cold to use the ice coffee now.

After four years my Keurig finally gave out. Bought this as a replacement. One nice feature is you don’t have to wait for it to warm up before starting your brew. You just set your cup size and when it warms up it will automatically start brewing. One thing that I wish it did have that my old one did was the water tank was lit and it had a touch screen. I miss that.

I love this coffee pot. Bought a smart one first but it has to identify the pod think about everything and finally make the coffee. With this one you just put the pot in and push the size you want and the coffee starts.

this is a really nice coffee maker. it makes a really nice cup of coffee and we love how the silver looks.

We have had Keurig K-Cup coffee makers for nearly 30-years. Most machines lasted 5+ years making 4-6 cups of coffee a day. However, the machine before this one failed after just a couple of months (electronic controls). Keeping our fingers crossed on this one.

Fill the tank, put in pod, choose hot water, cup size and you have the drink of your choice! Hardest part is deciding what kind of drink to have, coffee, tea, iced, hot chocolate etc. Great variety of pods to choose from. Also can use your own coffee in the pod you purchase separately. Cleaning unit is easy, tells you when needs descaling too. We were wasting coffee before now we get what we want with no waste. Tank easy fill with water and has a filter inside.

Good product, large water reservoir, easy to use makes good coffee

So glad I bought this. My family has used it multiple times a day for well over a year and it functions the same as it did on day one. It has a large water reservoir so we don’t have to refill it often. All of our cups and travel mugs easily fit. It works with both K cups and the refillable containers (which has saved us so much money in the long run). Great buy.

This is the second Keurig of this model. Turned out there was nothing wrong with the first one, but I had already set up the new one so I didn't feel right about returning it. The first one is eight years old and going strong! Great coffee too!

This is an awesome upgrade to the latest version. It is simple, yet clean looking and pours an awesome HOT cup of coffee.
