I've been using this almost every day for almost a year. Nothing negative to report. This thing works great. It's got lots of settings, it's easy to use, easy to clean, and brews quickly. Highly recommended.

My previous Keurig K-Sect model coffee maker died on me, after having it about two years, so I decided to try again, but with another Keurig model. I’m so glad that I got this one. It Brews a perfect cup every time!

Easy to use, foolproof method of making coffee, without cold water splashing you like the early production models. Easy to clean, and piec back together. It takes a large cup, but no mug compared to the bigger models. Choice of colors to blend in to your kitchen decor.

I am very happy with this purchase, it replaced my Ninja Coffee maker. I enjoyed the Ninja coffee maker but they kept going bad on me, so we looked for something different. We decided to give this Keurig a try and have been very happy with it. Makes good coffee and does it very quickly. I wish the water tank was a bit bigger but that is my only semi-negative comment.

Love my new Kuerig Elite!! It is a replacement for my basic Kuerig. This one has more brew sizes and a clock with a timer. It also has a sleep button that turns off the coffee maker when it isn't being used. The brushed aluminum looks nice with my other appliances and matches my aluminum coffee drawer that is under the coffee maker.

I decided to upgrade from my old Keurig. What a great machine. This model has all new features. A bigger water reserve, More size choices in amount of coffee. The best feature I like is the “Strong” button which makes a heartier cup of coffee or tea. Plus it has a hot water choice. Love my new Keurig!

I bought this Keurig for my mother-in-law, and I have not a single regret about it. From all the systems Keurig offers, this one worked the best for us as it is compact and it matches the rest of our appliances. I found that this newer model actually starts brewing faster than the previous one we had so I wonder if they made improvements under the hood beyond just looks.

I really like this Keurig. The features of temperature control (extra hot) and strong brew are great. For me most coffee pods don't have enough coffee in them to make strong coffee. I am do not like that you can't see the water level from the front of the coffee maker. I am too short to see the add water light on top. In general I really like all the features.

this is easy to use and serves its purpose for us. the buttons are easy to understand. i can have my coffee prep faster with few clicks. we can use it to get hot water too. bought on a good deal with best buy
