    We upgraded our coffee maker to this one and it was the best choice we made it’s fast and convenient and it looks good in the kitchen

    Can't make a consistent volume of coffee. Stopped working way too soon and has already been replaced.

    This is a great coffee maker. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is that it is replacing one that quit working after 3 years. Maybe $50 / year for a coffee maker is all I should expect.

    after a few weeks of use, we went back to the old coffee maker. had to descale it after two weeks. then it was never the same again. after only another few use, it is saying it needs to be descaled again.

    plastic water tank scratches upon cleaning

    scale builds up in the clean water reservoir over time [ even after changing the water weekly], then when you go to clean it with a cloth or soft sponge the clear plastic scratches and looks old and dull upon first cleaning for the rest of the machines life. this only gets worse after each cleaning. if not cleaned it gets white and then moldy over time. this new machine also leaks clean water when turned on periodically. I had an original brewer which did not have these issues and was much cheaper before.

    Coffee taste weird after a bit but I use it for Tea now and it’s a good for that

    Best Buy…. Disappointing exchange policy!!!

    My Kuerig, purchased from BestBuy, stopped working on day 21. This was a replacement unit for a Kuerig that I used for 5 years. My issue is not with Keurig but rather Best Buy. Most stores offer 30 day exchange while Best Buy only allows 14 days.

    Keurig is junk these days

    This is the 2nd Keurig that I've bought in less than a year that has just stopped performing as it should. This model shuts off after adding a K-cup, selecting a size. I open the area where the pod goes and water just goes everywhere after it's shut off. IT doesn't seem to be fully piercing the k-cups. Wouldn't recommend.

    The only thing with this machine that The water is luke warm so your coffe gets cold fast , I wish it was at least medium hot that’s the only con on this so don’t think it really worth it . Hello

    I replaced my previous model with this one. It is noiser then my previous one. It is also harder to see the water level in the reservoir.
