    Turns off during the brew process

    I bought this to replace my old Keurig, That machine went over 4 years without any issues. I have had this one about a month and a half and I would like to throw it out. It keeps turning off during the brew process. So I waste a K Cup and this morning 3 of them the 4th finally made a cup of coffee. It completely powers off I have to push the power button to turn it back on. Not impressed with this one, and it was expensive.

    made of light cheap plastic, falls apart when picking it up to transfer it to another surface. Forget it. Return again!

    Coffee tastes like water

    I have tried this type of coffee at many car dealers and for free coffee it wasn't bad. Recently my wife and I went on a trip and in the apartment there was a Keurig which seem to make very good coffee. My wife convinced me to buy the elite and giving up our drip Cuisinart for it. I have tried using regular K-Cups, the my k-cup with my own coffee, with varying amounts of coffee and quote-unquote larger servings. I have also tried the strong button but, I haven't had a good cup of coffee since using it. My wife loves the convenience of it but I will give up drinking coffee if I continue to keep this machine. It's a great idea and makes terrible coffee.

    Glitches

    Its beautiful but within this month I've noticed a lagging and few glitches giving it another month should have got the warranty

    2nd one is broken too

    I am on my second unit and just like the first unit the second unit started leaking badly. I don’t know if it’s a valve but when you turn it on as it heats up the water pressure makes the water start pouring out. I’m done with this unit sending it back thank God for the warranty

    Has gone downhill

    Thought it was a 5 at first but it has gone downhill. It is slow and drips for about 10 12 seconds when almost done. Also splashes the coffee from the cup then. As it finishes ther is a pronounced low tone ring like it is hollow. Nat as good as my previous ones.

    NO LUCK ON MY NEW KEURIG K-ELITE

    My Keurig K-Elite was bought in mid September '21 so it is only about 2 1/2 months old. It quit completely .....power is on and when you put a K cup in and close the lid, the cups sizes do blink as it should, but as soon as you press one, the unit shuts down....tried this at least 30 times and it will no longer make the coffee as it continually shuts itself down. Been using many models of Keurig over the years and always had super reliability. Think this newer model may have some problems.

    Barely works, and only when it wants to

    We're huge Keurig fans... have been for years. Our last one kept a large family with four adults caffeinated for 5 years before the pump had issues building any pressure. This new one, however, is a piece of garbage. It worked well for maybe a month before it started shutting off when starting a cup. I called support and they told me to clean the needle... something I only had to do with the old one towards the end of its long life. After cleaning the needle, the support rep had me run cups of water until no grounds showed up. Since that day, that has been the routine every morning. Called support again and they are going to send me a new one (but not in the same color, unfortunately). I'll update my review once we see if the new one works better. *fingers crossed*

    Poor Quality Control

    On my 4th Keurig Elite ALL with the same failure mode. It starts to brew and then switches off immediately. 1st one lasted a few weeks and the other 2 for a week each. Bought the 4th at another store with a different pack date so let's see how this goes. I contacted Keurig to alert them of a quality issue and they don't seem to care as they haven't contacted me as promised.
