Awesome machine! Got it for my wife and she just loves it, she especially adores the color. Quick and easy to use, even does cold brew! Great for the kiddos as well since they love hot chocolate and this makes a great cup quick!

Oh my, this the best machine I have had yet. Easy to use, clean and with many new settings. I especially love the wake up feature to have the water hot when you wake up. Much lighter than previous models too!

I spend quite a bit on DD iced/hot coffees, figured this is a great replacement the w/iced feature. I was just waiting on this to go on sale, it finally did & picked it up for 130! Also grabbed the underneath pod storage for a sleek setup look!

Love that you don’t have to wait for it to heat up before choosing your cup size like you did with the older model of this brand. Also like the look of the brushed slate!

Love my new keurig! The color is gorgeous and love all the new features that my previous keurig didn't have.

What can I say, this thing is amazing. I use to own the Keurig 2.0 and recently upgraded to the Elite. Mostly because there was a Copper colored option, but also because this machine offered so much more. One of my favorite features being the Hot/Cold feature. I also love the different cup sizes and the fact that I can use my reusable universal k-cup. I highly recommend, whether you're looking for an upgrade or not. Definitely worth the buy!

Had to replace my old Keurig and this one is fantastic. I love being able to choose 5 different sizes/mug size, plus the iced coffee option and strong coffee option.

I love my new Keurig! It brews fast and has a large tank capacity of water. I would like a feature to brew coffee cooler than currently permitted (as it comes out very hot).

Received within 2 days from when I ordered, excellent delivery but do wish BB would had put it in another box. So far working great. Was shocked how light it is compared to the Keurig Elite I got 10 years ago. Hopefully this newer model hold up as long as my previous one.

We purchased this unit in March 2022 and it has worked great until this week, the third week of November 2022. The add water light has come on and will not go off whether or not the machine needs water. Sometimes when you hit the brew button nothing happens. However if you hit it again it will always brew. We use this machine a lot, that is why I buy the higher end Keurig. However I expect it to last at least a year, and I’m disappointed that is already malfunctioning after only 8 months.

On trying to decide which Keurig to get. This one by far is the best! I love that it has a timer function for when I’m ready to leave the house. And all the options. Definitely worth the price.

Like the new features from my gen 1 but it leaks when you turn it on. Makes a small puddle

After owning at 5 different Keurig coffeemakers, this coffee maker was a disaster not once but twice. While preheating, the coffeemaker would run at least 4 ounces of water. No hot water button was pushed. I returned it for another and it did the same thing again. In addition, one of the tab buttons for adjusting the time is stuck. And the settings button is stuck. This is s beautiful coffeemaker with all of the settings and features I want but I will not buy another coffeemaker from Best Buy. This one is going back, too.

I love my keurig. It has different size options and you can do hot or iced. It also holds a lot of water so you don’t have to worry about adding water every single day. Also, love this color.
