This is an upgrade from my previous product which was about 6 years old. I like the additional features (temperature setting; clock; more cup sizes as well as overall look of this product and look forward to many years of good, reliable use.

I ended up tearing it apart to figure out why the coffee tasted off. I never figured out what was wrong with it, but it had lasted long enough anyhow and probably would have lasted longer had I taken a little better care of it. This does everything my old Keurig did and more. I buy the water filter packets for it and am hoping that will help make it last an even longer time than my old model. Looks beautiful on the counter and is astonishingly simple in it's controls. Heats up quick and dispenses even quicker. Happy that it fits my Yeti travel mug and the option for iced is pretty neat. You won't be anything but happy with this purchase.
