Coming from a Keurig that is many years old I noticed a lot of the Keurig were not as well built, as solid, as the previous ones. You left the handle and it feels cheap and lesser quality. I was very happy to say that is not the case with this unit. It not only makes fantastic coffee (love the strong feature), but it feels solid. Very happy with this unit!

Purchased this as a replacement for an older Keurig that finally stopped working. I really like being able to choose from different sizes. My wife loves the iced coffee option and the large water tank. Very happy with this so far.

They love it. All the settings, and changes in comparison to other models it is nice!

not to much to say it does make great coffee, brushed copper does look good and my daughter loves the iced coffee feature

I don't know if PJ named this product but if he did he wasn't lying. This thing is ELITE. This will keep you plenty caffeinated while you RTB, that's for sure. Better drink plenty before Kirk and the Hawkeyes roll into town, though...

A great product at a wonderful price. I love my Keurig. It does not require much to maintain. I love the ease to turn on every day.

Nice design that is updated from original Keurig. Has cup size and coffee strength choices, and the price was right.

I upgraded from my original Keurig and I am definitely satisfied with my purchase. I have not used all the features just yet, but I am happy with the overall brew of my coffees and how user-friendly the options are.

Excellent value. Water temperature options are great when choosing to brew coffee versus using the hot water to steep a cup of tea. I also like the fact that it comes with a water filter. Looks great on the counter.

Works as expected, I wish it had a front view of water reservoir and light.

Ok, look, here's the deal. The Keurig instructions on how to assemble the water filter into the reservoir are wanting at best. However, after my filter holder BROKE after diligently following said instructions, Best Buy provided me with a new Keurig with which to take home and install a wobbly water filter as I'm too nervous to break another one. Again, takeaways? Buy at Best Buy. Thank you.

Works great easy setup, clock lots of Brew sizes and also Cold brew.

Works great. Timer turns it on every morning so its ready when i get up. The larger water reservoir is a bonus as well.

We've had a Keurig since they were available. Our last unit was the top of the line unit 4/5 years ago. Its been great but was finally starting to fail so we looked at this unit. Been using this one for a few months now and wow what a difference. The coffee taste better, is hotter and the serving size is more consistent. Granted our other unit was pretty old so maybe we had just been blind to it slowly failing. Either way, very happy with our purchase. Only con, is it looks ok but has a pretty cheap plastic look.. however it feels pretty well made

I love it. Beautiful color, easy to program. Had one few years ago until it quit working. Tried others but went back to Elite.

I gave this to my wife for her birthday. She is the ONLY one in our home who drinks coffee. She has told me she loves it, even though she also grips at me for "spending too much money." Actually, it wasn't that much money!
