Without reading the instructions however, this one is more difficult to figure out than our last coffee maker. I don't know that that is a good thing, but one should always read the instructions. If it were easier, I'd give it 5 stars.

Brewed coffee is weak for 8 to 12 oz cups, even with strong setting. I own a hamilton beach coffee maker with carafe and also k-cups. My hamilton beach coffee maker makes better and stronger coffee at regular settings.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is my 3rd Keurig coffeemaker I am not liking the new design and it isn’t as well made as the others I have had in the past For one thing, to see the water level you have to walk around to the side to check it The older models had the water level visible from the front The other issue that I don’t like is that the top of the water tank has to be taken completely off to fill The older models had a 2part lid so you could just lift the front of the lid to fill with water without taking the whole lid off I won’t be buying another one when this one wears out
