I had an older model before and decided to upgrade to this one. I love iced coffee so with that being an option on this model solidified my decision. I also appreciate that I can schedule when it turns on in the morning and it’s shut off time so it’s not running all day and all night. You won’t be disappointed with this purchase!

I’m not sure why I feel that way.. my wife says she likes the way the coffee tastes but I feel like the old keurig we had tasted better. Anyways- it’s still good. And it looks good.

Only cons for me is that it's pretty loud especially if you wake up early for work like me, and if you use normal coffee cups you get a lot of splatter around the cup. But great other that that.

Upgraded from any older model Keurig and love the improvements. The 5 different sizes, the hot water button & the iced water button are all very effective and much appreciated. Loving the copper mat finish as well. Beautiful and much easier to keep clean. Very happy with my purchase.
