The Keurig K-Elite was everything I was looking for and more. My daughter loves making iced coffee, and I can make larger cups. The taste is awesome and it is so easy to use. My only complaint would be that it is louder than my previous machine, but it is not enough to regret buying it.

I dont know what could be done to reduce this, but any product upgrade for this product would help.

I also like the hot water option, great for tea or hot chocolate! The company I work at uses a Keurig machine (previous model), and this coffee maker is superior by being able to choose 5 cup sizes vs 3 cup sizes and by having the hot water button. I haven't had any issues with it so far. One negative thing about the Keurig cups (not the machine but I want to include this because it's important) is that the plastic cups are non biodegradable. They sell reusable Kcup filters that you can put your own coffee in and use multiple times. If you get this machine or any other Keurig coffee makers, please invest in one of those if possible :) Again, this machine is a time saver!
