I was also worried about the iced coffee being weak but its not! I also love how many cup options there are. Very great machine and I found it the cheapest from Best Buy in comparison to other stores. Highly recommend this Keurig!

Great for instant coffee!

I also like the hot water option, great for tea or hot chocolate! The company I work at uses a Keurig machine (previous model), and this coffee maker is superior by being able to choose 5 cup sizes vs 3 cup sizes and by having the hot water button. I haven't had any issues with it so far. One negative thing about the Keurig cups (not the machine but I want to include this because it's important) is that the plastic cups are non biodegradable. They sell reusable Kcup filters that you can put your own coffee in and use multiple times. If you get this machine or any other Keurig coffee makers, please invest in one of those if possible :) Again, this machine is a time saver!

I dont know what could be done to reduce this, but any product upgrade for this product would help.
