Needless to say we are heavy users of a k-cup coffee maker. This one is sleek, easy to clean, and super easy to use. I suppose every new edition is improved, so we'll stick with Keurig-I do recommend the Elite version over the previous models.

I know I sure do ! after I wake up with my daily hangover, the last thing I want to do is fuss around with some grounds and make a cuppa Joe. This solves it all!! just pop the K pod in the unit , press the button and you got a cuppa instant hot coffee. 5 stars for this keurig machine.

I like the versatility of being able to run the water without heating it up or from making hot chocolate running in straight hot water. It's quick and makes a great cup of coffee. No complaints!
