Excellent Keurig machine. The colorway purchased (Brushed Copper) is a bit on the older side, however I've read through other reviews that more recently built models of Keurig machines have had some pump issues, so believe it or not I was excited. So far the machine has not let me down. It brews just as I would expect a Keurig to brew, and the "strong" button actually does make a difference if you like a bolder brew. The color looks really nice on my counter (its actually a bit on the gold side) and looks sleek and premium, even if it is an almost entirely plastic build. Would recommend if looking for a replacement to an aging pod brewer.

Got this for my aunt, and she loves it. That’s pretty much all I can say. Don’t really drink coffee so I can’t really say much about this coffee maker other than its good, and it’s fairly easy to use/setup.

Love the settings and all of the function availability it has. I love the Brushed copper color. Plus I checked the keurig website and Best buy did price match for it, which saved me over $40.00

I upgraded to this Keurig from a fairly basic one. I love all of the features that this one has. Really looking forward to the iced coffee feature if it ever warms up here in New England!

My husband and mother love it. Surprised my husband with it for his bday and now I get coffee. The two of them seem like to like their coffee better from this machine than the old fashion coffee machine.

Works great. This model make the strongest, most concentrated cup of coffee, due to its water capacity. However, I Was educated on the finer points of this device. A Co-worker explained that You can always make a weaker cup by making the cup larger using more water. Love having a perfectly fresh cup every time.

Originally purchased June 27, 2020 and replaced on July 11, 2020 because the machine kept shutting down and would not brew (when programmed). The replacement was then replaced again through Keurig when it the “add water” monitoring didn’t function and it would continue to try and brew even with no water. When the replacement came with the same problem I’ve just accepted the fact that it would never wore me when I was out of water and kept a better eye on it. Now, today out of the blue, in less than two years, It has now stopped turning on at all. I know it is getting power because I can see the time and program settings however when you press the power button it will not prepared to brew. It’s such a waste of money. My last Keurig survived nearly ten years. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your money.

This is our very first coffee maker. I just recently decided to start drinking coffee. This coffee maker has met all of my expectations. No problems with it all for the last 3 months that I've owned it. We've used it daily.

This a excellent product, I’m always in a rush in the morning and this makes my coffee right away and save me time without having to go to Starbucks and wait!

The features are very good and very easy to use. Great gift idea or if you need to replace an old machine I recommend this one

This is a great coffee pot. I just bought this one since my first one is not 2 years old and wanted to make sure I had a spare in case my prior one dies.

It has a lot of things that it does. It makes doing oatmeal EZ and hot water for tea. Single cups of coffee are just right for me

So far so good. My last Keurig lasted me a good 13 years and that's without any type of maintenance. Let's see if this one can hold up with maintenance in the long haul. It's stylish has hard buttons and does the job.
