Definitely prefer the buttons vs the touch screen, Would prefer to not have to warm the water every morning from the auto shut off. All in all this is a good coffee maker.

The only complaint I have is that recently it won’t brew. I’ll turn it on, put a kpod in, and ill turn off on its own. I’ve had it for less than a year so at least I can probably get it fixed. I did expect better quality.

The quality of the plastic on the reservoir is dissapointing thus the 4 star rating. Not as durable as our first two. It does work well and is quieter than our last one.
