I love the different options. The best feature I love is not having to wait for the light to "heat" before pushing the option. I just put my cup under, select the option and it will poor without me waiting (Sometimes I forget to go back and push on older model). Quick and easy

This was a replacement unit for a Kuerig that I used for 5 years. My issue is not with Keurig but rather Best Buy. Most stores offer 30 day exchange while Best Buy only allows 14 days.
