    This is the 2nd Keurig that I've bought in less than a year that has just stopped performing as it should. This model shuts off after adding a K-cup, selecting a size. I open the area where the pod goes and water just goes everywhere after it's shut off. IT doesn't seem to be fully piercing the k-cups. Wouldn't recommend.

    I give this a four stare because the water reservoir has to come off to fill they had it on the older model makes no sense
