    Bought this on sale and was super nice for about a week. It would start to brew then shutoff. I called Keurig and without hesitation the rep had a new one shipped out. New one is working great and since I got to keep the original I have a few spare parts. I have read multiple reviews that other people have had the same issue, but as long as Keurig is willing to honor the warranty I don't have an issue. I do really like the options on this one. So fingers crossed it lasts.

    The only thing with this machine that The water is luke warm so your coffe gets cold fast , I wish it was at least medium hot that’s the only con on this so don’t think it really worth it . Hello

    I give this a four stare because the water reservoir has to come off to fill they had it on the older model makes no sense
