    This is my first keurig machine and I love everything about this machine except the fact that Ice features doesn’t really work. The ice in the cup melts because the coffee comes out to hot so you end up getting water down coffee. Just buy a regular keurig without the ice feature and you be just find.

    Solid unit, brews a nice cup faster then my previous model. Seems to have less features when compared to my last Keurig (customizable clock and wallpaper, filter life reminder).

    Got this keurig elite on sale. It’s great! We also used the coupon code included in the box to register and redeem for 50% additional coffee pods. This also makes hot water so you can make tea using the tea bags still. The only thing we haven’t tried is the iced coffee, but it’s winter so, we’re waiting for summer time. But still great and everyone at the house drinks coffee and hot chocolate.
