It would start to brew then shutoff. I called Keurig and without hesitation the rep had a new one shipped out. New one is working great and since I got to keep the original I have a few spare parts. I have read multiple reviews that other people have had the same issue, but as long as Keurig is willing to honor the warranty I don't have an issue. I do really like the options on this one. So fingers crossed it lasts.

Break Keurig. Quietier

1st keurig

We also used the coupon code included in the box to register and redeem for 50% additional coffee pods. This also makes hot water so you can make tea using the tea bags still. The only thing we haven’t tried is the iced coffee, but it’s winter so, we’re waiting for summer time. But still great and everyone at the house drinks coffee and hot chocolate.
