    It works very well. I like that it shuts off after a certain amount of time. You do need to wait a couple of seconds for it to warm up when you first turn it on but it is pretty quick. I get more coffee in my larger mug than I did with my older unit.

    The only thing i don't like about this coffee machine, is you have pushed a button on top of the machine to warm up your water in the revisor, if you want a cup of coffee. No paperwork came with the machine, I called Keurig, they told me, just to look it up on their site. Also I went back to Best Buy, to see if they could get me some instructions, for this coffee Machine, they told me the same thing Keeurig did.
