There are some nice improvements with the larger water storage and ability to enter your drink options then walk away before the water has been heated and it still fills the cup. I have seen other models that have a handle for the water storage that I would like but the handle takes away from the amount of water that can be held. Price was reasonable on sale Not sure an office setting but great for the home

No paperwork came with the machine, I called Keurig, they told me, just to look it up on their site. Also I went back to Best Buy, to see if they could get me some instructions, for this coffee Machine, they told me the same thing Keeurig did.

I like that it shuts off after a certain amount of time. You do need to wait a couple of seconds for it to warm up when you first turn it on but it is pretty quick. I get more coffee in my larger mug than I did with my older unit.
