Good product

One thing I love about it is the feature where I can pre-set it to switch on at a specific time. The only thing that doesn't make sense is it's cold brewing feature...where you have to brew using hot water option into a glass filled with ice!

Keurig reservoir leaking

Great machine

I notice when brewing it cold the taste is a bit off. I haven't used it as much lately after noticing a bunch of the kcup I purchased are plastic so I'm a bit worry about heating up plastic and drinking it daily
