For what this is designed to do, it does a great job. It makes the coffee brewing process quick and has some convenience features that my old kcup brewer didn’t have. Namely while it’s warming up you can close the lid and when the temperature is high it will brew for you without having to wait for it to come up to temperature before you push the brew button. I’d give it more stars if the coffee quality was better, I don’t think that’s a feature of the machine itself but the kcup pods.

We've had several programmable Keurigs, but found this latest top model to be less than easy to perform simple programming functions. Honestly, wish we had returned it.

I like the machine. The only issue I have was that it states it makes ice coffee but the reality is that it doesn’t. But overall it’s a great machine.

It’s loud when first warming up. You can’t see from the front view how much water is in the reserve. Coffee it makes is good.

You should only get it if it is on sale, but the main reason why I like it is because you're able to try many different coffee products

I really am happy that I finally got a Keurig of my own. I've wanted to buy one for years, but I stuck with buying cheaper brands that splattered everywhere when they brewed. I just didn't want to spend so much on a brewer. We'll, I finally bit the bullet and bought one. The only problem I seem to have is that my brewer doesn't seem to brew very big cups of coffee. All of the cup sizes seem to give much less than expected.

Makes a great cup of coffee in less than a minute.

We had a non Keurig machine that used the K-cups but it broke and the company was out of business. bought this and loved it so much we bought another for our cabin because the coffee tasted much better than the old Keurig we had - Highly Recommended!!!

Would recommend it to anyone that like iced coffee.

I love this keurig. Coffee is my blood type and this works well to keep me going. This keurig holds more water than my old one we don’t have to fill up after a few cups. I love the color it matches my other appliances well. This keurig doesn’t show finger prints like my old one. Would recommend.
