    Our first Keuring… no issues…love the extra settings. As we like stronger coffee, the extra brewing button is perfect. Saw the smaller ones did not have the options. Great Best Buy pricing.

    Loving my new keurig. My old one started to decline so it was time for an upgrade. So much better than my old one and more features as well.

    I have owned Keurig coffee makers since they were invented. This has a nice timer for the water so that the machine automatically shuts off. The only down side is sometimes the coffee is hot, and sometimes, not so hot.

    For the price it is good. It's not easy to use, when I have guest at home they cannot easily make a simple coffee, the turn on and start has issue

    I have had this Keurig for only 3 months. It started spewing hot water all over the counter for no reason whatsoever and now it will not turn on. This unit was pretty expensive to last only 3 months!

    This is the third Keurig coffee maker that I buy, for a lot is the best one, has a lot of size options and the time to warmer up is really short! If you are thinking to buy one Keurig this has to be your best option!

    Our kuerig stopped working, thus we went shopping for a replacement. My wife and I noticed this Keurig K-Elite coffee maker on sale and purchase it. Works great.

    This coffee maker is superb! This was a replacement for one we had prior. While this one doesn't have the touchscreen that our older one did, It's user interface is easy to use. Cleaning is the same and not difficult. Overall great coffee maker!

    The agents were excellent and efficient. I liked that they kept me informed of what they were doing and even checked in to assure me they were still there during waiting periods. I believe my one drive storage issue is fixed, but when I look at my files the majority of them still have a red little x next to them. I don't know yet if the issue is completely fixed.

    works fine but I also hear keurigs die after 2 to 3 years. I recommend using the basket with ground coffee rather than plastic k cups. Better for the environment.

    It's a nice upgrade from my old 2.0. It doesn't have all the options the old one had but it has what I use and now I have and ice coffee options. Not sure what it does different with ice coffee but it comes out great.

    Ended up returning. Water did not get hot enough. Coffee did not taste good. This was the 2nd one returned. 1st one did not measure out correct cup sizes. Inconsistent quality by Keurig. Went with a drip coffee maker which works much better!

    I love the convenient size of this model of the Keurig! The iced coffee feature of this device is still hot but doesn't serve it with excessive water making it perfect for when you add ice to your coffee!

    KEURIG. The best pod coffee maker. I have had 2 black ones but ready for a change in our new home. I was so excited ti find the gold at Best Buy. I had been looking for awhile. Classy.

    Sometimes I don't want to wait for and don't need a full pot of coffee, just a cup to take with me in the car. This Keurig is just what I need for those times. Works great and love being able to make whatever flavor of coffee I want to drink that day.
