    We purchased this because of the iced coffee option, it is not worth the price. The iced coffee taste very watery.

    I’m new when it comes to coffee makers but I don’t drink coffee. I do like it for hot chocolate and tea so that’s a plus. Also to use the hot water button for soup is definitely a bonus.

    Really no major complaints, turns on quickly and can grab a cup of coffee all in less than 5 minutes. For me the strong coffee setting is still light, and if I try to make too large a cup setting the coffee gets even lighter. You have to experiment a little bit to get your ideal flavor, though I haven’t been able to get as strong a brew as I want.

    Best keurig ever. Had programmable before this one but this one tops it because now I can program it to make me a cup a coffee as soon as I get up on the morning! I recommend this product!!!

    A little large and their should be an option to extend the power down function since it takes a little time to warm up first thing in the AM. Be careful with iced coffee feature as it's easy to overflow.

    Didn't work. When I called Keurig they told me it was 2 years old and out of warranty. Easy return to Best Buy.

    So far, so good! Very delighted with our purchase of this Keurig...love the extra big water tank and that there are more size options. Love the automatic shut off after two hours.

    I have always been a 10 to 12 cup coffee pot drinker, but after several times dealing with my coffee pot messing up, I decided to try a Keurig, I am very pleased, and am enjoying trying the different k-cups.

    It is so High-Tech. It has a digital screen for date and time. Many options for different options, coffee, tea ETC. I would recommend 10/10. Besy Buy also priced matched so we got it for a great deal.

    Had and older Keurig and just wanted to upgrade. Really love the hot water feature and the multiple size mug options. The slate color looks very nice in any kitchen space also.

    Love the new features on the Keurig. Had to upgrade an older model and I'm glad I waited for this new one. They went back to the metal handle and added more brewing sizes. Super happy with this model!
