    I purchased it for an early Christmas gift for myself and it works excellent I see now that the regular sale price is back to $189 so I feel like I got a great value

    Our old Keurig was a few years old and we wanted to upgrade. This model is perfect for my wife and I. The bigger water reservoir is a plus and I use the iced coffee feature a lot.

    After my Keurig 2.0 died on me I needed a replacement ASAP. This was at the beginning of COVID lockdown. Best Buy was the only place to get it same day. At first I was not happy, since I don't use regular k-cups. Once I got the proper insert, my only issue is the amount of water it holds. Other than that, I love it.

    My 425 model lasted for only 7 months. Fortunately I had purchased a 2 year Geek Squad warranty. There was no problem exchanging for the K-CUP ELITE. Please consider the warranty on future products as products are made to be disposed of rather than repaired. Well worth the extra money. I gave a 4 star rating on the coffee maker NOT on BEST BUY
