    Family has had many Keurig, small, medium and now this big one. Like all the newer features. I usually end up passing down my older ones to the kids and getting the updated model for myself.

    Very disappointed with this Keurig have purchased other ones in the past and never had problems with them. This one leaks after brew is done and when the machine is turned on. It has leaked so much that it filled the holder cups sit on. Maybe a defect or just the style.

    Replacing original Keurig that started to pee on itself during use. Like it so far. Just wish they would make them to fit larger cups.

    The office staff has been using the Keurig product for years. The last one stopped working. The doctor requested to replace it immediately. All is now well back at the office.

    I love love my Keurig we use it everyday for coffee and I make hot tea all the time being able to do the hot water is so nice on this

    Love this Keurig. The wake up feature is amazing as it instantly has my coffee in the morning with no waiting for it to warm up. Definitely a time saver and looks great too!

    Great Keurig. Lots of options and abilities. Only downfall is the water capacity. We have to fill it every day. We should probably just drink less coffee. But that’s my only issue.

    I love the look of the machine. I also like that it does cold and hot brews. It is working well and I have tested the cold feature too. My coffee came out great!

    I like the appearance, functionality, and ease of use. However, my biggest drawback for this coffeemaker is the temperature of my coffee. Even at the hottest temperature it still isn’t as hot as I’d like.

    My original keurig had the touch screen. And it took a dump. Looked into buying a nespresso instead but didn’t like how expensive the pods were. It’s a quality keurig. Having buttons is nicer than the touch screen. The iced feature is a plus as well. Hopefully it’ll last longer.

    My old keurig stopped working so I got this model to replace it. Making iced coffee is nice, but I miss the LCD display that my previous keurig had.

    Use this every morning. Not one complaint so far. Very happy. Would recommend using filtered water as I think hard water will damage the internal parts and shorten it’s life.
