Upon receiving it felt light, and cheap but I was able to look past that. Now, less than 2 months later, I can't even make a single cup of coffee with this unit. When attempting to make a coffee, it shuts off as if a fuse is blown inside. I am extremely unhappy and would not recommend this product to anyone.

I really like the 2 hour shut off feature. looks great on the counter. I highly recommend this brewer by Keurig.

But you have to put ice in the cup and let the hot liquid pour in so ummm yea ... i still love my Keurig but wasnt worth the extra price
