    This is by far the best Keurig I have owned. Large capacity, automatic on and off, well built and durable are all plusses of this model.

    easy to use, I like having the hot water only feature and the ability to choose water temp. would like to see a weaker brew button, I like my brew a little weaker than most. it only has normal and strong settings.

    This brewer works well, but the control panel is very “busy” and the “cold brew” feature merely dispenses a very large amount of hot coffee to fill a large travel container.

  • Like it but don't buy for "Strong" button

    Although I can tell no difference when using the "strong" button, I still like the machine. Nice finish and it seems to heat up quicker than my old one.

    This model has a lot more features than previous Keurig that we had. I like that you can set the water temperature to how Hot you want it.

    This is the second one we purchased. It did not even make it 2 months before the pump went out just like the first one did. We make 5 cups of coffee per day. Not a ton and it still broke. I will purchase a Keurig product again. Do not purchase and save your money.

    Nice upgrade from our previous Keurig, however, thought the color would be more brilliant. Also, it was a bit more $ than we should have spent, but our old machine seemed to be having issues so we figured we would go for different color.
