Keurig — with a poor rating

This if the first one that leaks water when at rest. I put a cup under always, and there is water in it when I go to make my coffee and the maker is OFF. I have taken all the water out and started over, but the problem exists. First one that is a dud.

I think it can do expresso but just another regular brew coffee. For the amount I paid for this machine it should lower price.

Ordered New Recv’d Returned/Opened Box

Have ordered several items from Best Buy New and have never been taped like this. Only taped as this when ordering “Open Box” items. Called before opening was given answer that wasn’t reasonable. Went ahead and opened and followed setup instructions. At point that said brew 8oz hot water for 1st brewing for cleaning. Only dispensed approximately 4oz. Very disappointed as have always had good dealings with Best Buy. Haven’t decided yet what to do.

Just one thing missing.

My only complaint is that there isn't a front-facing water level window. I have it placed in a corner and cannot tell how much water is left without moving it.
