    I'm not a KCup connoisseur, but most of my colleagues are and they love this machine. It has a nice large capacity tank too.

    We have had this product for approx. 6 months and it does it’s job. Except when it doesn’t. At the 4 month mark, the Keurig would make the sounds of preparing to brew a cup, and then not. This has happened about 4 times since. Not fond of this product but got a deep discount.

    This coffee maker is nothing compared to the first keurig , these are of poor quality and the water comes out so slow the coffee is cold almost before I can drink I wish I had not purchased because I gave my old Keurig away when I bought the new one

    I returned this item. The kcup holder would constantly snap out and had trouble closing after putting a coffee pod made for Keurig.

    It didn’t last for more than one year, and ironically that’s exactly how long the manufacturer’s warranty’s period is for.

    Not opened the box yet...moving to new home. Did not rate more than 3 stars due to the fact that it was not packaged well. Did not protect it by placing it in another box for support and the box was beat up and has holes in it. Hopefully once unboxed it will not be damaged and will be working properly.

    Worked great for 30 days! Do not waste your money on this Keurig! Will not stay on. Go to push the power button on and it turns right back off. $160 coffee pot dead in one single month!
