Extended warranty replaced with next available model. So we paid $4 for the price difference to the new one, plus an additional $29.99/new 2 year warranty. The old warranty is voided once used, regardless of term remaining.

The old model was 10 years old and weighed about 20 pounds. This model is totally plastic and is so light that when you open the handle to put the k-cups in the whole machine moves.
