    New Keurig not as good as old Models

    Our old Keurig died and we replaced it with this model. The old model was 10 years old and weighed about 20 pounds. This model is totally plastic and is so light that when you open the handle to put the k-cups in the whole machine moves.

    Works to make coffee from pods. Programing on/off times confusing. Water tank too small with uneven top. Front is lower than the back, easy to over-fill. Not worth retail price

    It sucked Coffee wasn’t hot cnatise the strong and hot coffee setting at same time. The universal re usable cup didn’t work in it

    Ended up having to return (and get a different model because it would be two weeks to get this one) because it stopped working after a week. Would go to brew and it would only brew a few dribbles.

    Only worked for a few weeks, then started having a lot of problems. Grounds in cup, not enough pumping power to fill cup, makes a mess. I do not recommend this unit.

    Overpriced coffeemaker and I wanted to return but they claim it's not returnable. I only had it for less than a month. Will not recommend Best Buy to anyone.

    Was excited for the advertised "Cold Brew" feature- but it's actually not cold brew at all and instead the same as the last version of machines... just a way to sell to those of us who love iced coffee.

    The keurig was the worse. The coffee was warm at best and it lasted maybe a year!

    Worked for exactly one year and now it leaks water out of the bottom. Luckily no one got electrocuted. In the trash it goes.

    Not really impressed, takes over a minute to heat and brew coffee, plus when the large cup pressed, doesn't seem to be over 12oz of coffee.

    It’s a bit too much work unless you use a k cup. The coffe brewed from grinds doesn’t brew nicely & leaves a horrible black stain in your cup.
