    Coffee maker Bad Best Buy Good

    Do not waste your money on this. It was louder when brewing than any coffee maker I had ever had and since it did it out of the box I thought was just the way it was made. It got worse as it went on and sounded like it was having trouble getting the water to brew the coffee. One day short of three months after getting it it died. I tried to brew coffee and once I shut the lid on the K cup it turned off and would not stay on. Best Buy was great let me exchange for a different brand. The Kuerig I had prior to this only lasted 15 months so it looks as if the quality of Kuerig machines is declining.

    I had such high hopes for a Kuerig coffee maker. Heard all the rave reviews, but unless you like instant coffee, don't bother. I even bought the adapter for using my own ground coffee, but it just doesn't brew good coffee. Not to mention it is a cheap plastic machine. Going back to my old reliable coffee maker.

    It was great until it just stopped working for some reason. I’ve only had a few months and it starts to make the coffee then just shuts off. Just missed the return window by a month so there’s that. Disappointed. I should’ve just kept my old one but thought I should upgrade to this one. Waste of money for me. I got a dud

    Mine started leaking water last week when i turn it on. It stops after a minute or so. Leaks at the top where you pit the coffee pod

    Lasted about 7-8 months before it started leaking water from the bottom. Don’t bother with the Keurig brand all together because I’ve spent the last month getting the runaround from their customer service because as they say “we stopped manufacturing this model 2 years ago”.

    Two went bad in 3 months. Junk!

    The first one put grounds into the coffee every time no matter which K-Cup I used. The second one leak water all over the counter down the cabinets and onto the floor and then just shut itself off and would not work. Lyrics quality control is for crap because it's been 3 months and I went through two of these. I've owned keurigs in the past and had them for a couple years with no problems at all.

    I bought this for a two week vacation it worked for three days and then stopped working. The iced feature brews hot and then you add ice. My original one works 10x better. Maybe I got a bad batch but if your buying for the ice feature don’t wast Ltd your time and money. And if you have to return it make sure you are not one day over due or you may get stuck with this junk.

    Worked great for about a week. Then started randomly dripping water. Have to use the small strong setting to get a normal cup of cup of coffee, otherwise it's like water. This morning turned it on and it had water coming out of it. It's going back

    Easy to figure out how to operate

    I like the easy to understand buttons. It makes very good coffee. One star off for the construction of the plastic plate at the base. I think it should be removable for easier cleaning. It is more compact than the K 500 series model I had prior to this. I like the brushed copper color. It blends with my cabinets.

    Purchases 7/17/21 broke 12/26/21 - A single guy who has one cup of coffee in the morn and maybe a few on the weekends. Should last longer than 5 months

    Bought in September 2020 here Feb st 2021 and it will not brew ..I've tried every fix and nothing..the old model was good to me for many years this junk ain't worth a paper weight

    I'm so glad Keurig decided to remove the scanning of their cup labels. I purchased this to replace an old machine that stopped working after about 5 years, I decided on this one because of the iced coffee option, the scheduled time to turn on, and the variety of cup sizes and strength. This machine is great. It allows you to make your cup pretty customized to you. I personally like a bold cup of coffee that isn't too hot. I was able to set the temperature of the coffee, and make a small cup of bold coffee. If I need a larger amount, I simply push the strong button and I get a cup that is nice and strong. I love that this machine is fool-proof. I don't have to be a barista to make a cup of coffee. It's perfect for people who are in a rush in the morning and want to just press a button and have a cup of joe, or for older people who don't have the time or patience to learn a whole new process for brewing a cup of coffee. I have used the iced coffee function of this, and was a bit underwhelmed. I wish it would brew a bit colder so all of the ice doesn't melt immediately. I also felt as though my coffee was still not as strong as I prefer (which is always my problem with iced coffee). Pros: No learning curve No need for specially labels K-cups Easy to refill water reservoir Many different size options (5) Can brew a strong cup by pushing "strong" Has iced coffee function On/Off timer Cons: Iced coffee function is not perfected
