I've not even had it long... Any time i try and make coffee it heats the water, i pick what size i want then it shuts off. I've never had any issue like this before on a new product. Frankly i wanna take it back. I wouldn't get it again.

I love the color. It works great. I haven't used it for iced coffee yet but am looking forward to doing so. It's a little louder than my last brewer but nothing i can't live with. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this in February 2021, did not take it out of the box and set up until April 5th, 2021. Only used a few times and it is already automatically shutting off when I try and brew coffee!

Great coffee maker. Have always used reverse osmosis purified water in it. Use a large plastic tumbler to fill the tank. Have had 2 years and still have not had to clean it. Also press down on the pod with your thumbs to pierce the bottom of the pod, before pulling the handle down. It keeps coffee grounds from blowing out the top, and making an eventual mess, when the top needle pierces the pressurized foil top.

This machine have excellent Temperature, however the most important factor is missing...Flavor. I tried everything imaginable but to no avail. Essentially this machine delivers coffee flavored water!!

Works fine, makes a good cup of coffee. This is my third Keurig. The last two made over two-thousand cups before they gave me trouble.

When box arrived, the seal was tampered with and pretty much opened, everything is in there expect the pods examples box. Very disappointing.

This Keurig brewer by far is the worst one I have ever had. Every time I go to brew a cup of coffee it’s turns it’s self off.

Did some online research and this came out as one of the top coffee pod coffee makers. It has not disappointed. We mainly use our own ground coffee from Starbucks and put in the reusable wire filter pods we got from Amazon. Makes a hot and tasty cup of coffee.

I bought this in Feb, 2021 now in June it shuts off when you try to use it. I'm so unhappy with this product

I had to get rid of my 2.0 because of the screen. I looked for one that didn't have the screen but still had the strong button. This one makes me so happy. The footprint of it is more of a rectangle instead of that odd oval the others have. Plus I love that the front of the water tank isn't clear so it looks balanced. I just think it has a sleeker look. It isn't as loud as the old one, but isn't isn't silent. When you remove the drip tray to put a mug, there is a flat plastic step with a notch, which helps me get the travel mug lined up better than when I had to just put it on the counter. My favorite thing though? I press the power button, stick in my k cup, press strong, press the size... and walk away. It just brews after it heats up! Now, for my one complaint. I want a 14 oz size so badly! I use a 16 oz travel mug. I brew 10 oz and then use the same k cup to brew another 4 oz. I use the strong button so it isn't weak, pour in the 2 oz of creamer and go. But they won't give us a 14 oz button! Maybe it is because they worry about the size of the k cup and the quality of the coffee or maybe I am the only person in the world who wants 14 oz so badly. I guess it isn't all about me. Seriously though, if the "unbalanced" look of the old style bothers you, get this one. It's much improved.

Inoperable after few months (4 months) of usage. Will not brew. Will heat water but will not stay brewing.

Great k cup maker, works great. Has a lot of options for cup size and for cold coffee

I've had this thing for years. At the time, I never thought I would get one of these. Plus, I always used to talk a lot of crap about them. Now I can't stop using it. I use it mainly for tea and it's super convenient. What else can I say. It's simply the best thing going.

This item is a waste of money . Wish I could have just returned

This one is really great! 6 cup sizes, a setting for strong (the water goes through more slowly), and a setting for cold brew. Works like a charm and this brushed silver color matches our kitchen appliances. Nice sale, too- we saved $70 the day we decided to buy it.

Works great! Use this often and it works as it should.
