A Great upgrade!

This model has all new features. A bigger water reserve, More size choices in amount of coffee. The best feature I like is the “Strong” button which makes a heartier cup of coffee or tea. Plus it has a hot water choice. Love my new Keurig!

Much Better than previous Keurig

The old one was a "commercial" version (for office use, I suppose). Old unit was very LOUD (when the pump was running). New one is much quieter, has a large water tank, and makes excellent (for a K-Cup) coffee. I especially like the ability to control brew strength.

Easy to clean, and piec back together. It takes a large cup, but no mug compared to the bigger models. Choice of colors to blend in to your kitchen decor.

That unit was always a problem... Inconsistent cup size output, clogged easily, etc. Plus it had a somewhat small reservoir. Love this unit - much bigger reservoir, more cup sizes, and very consistent output. Highly recommended!

I’m so glad that I got this one. It Brews a perfect cup every time!
