So far, this is a great coffeemaker. It was a replacement for a previous Keurig Elite machine that finally gave up after 10 years of use. We're hoping we get similar impressive longevity out of this new machine. We only use reverse osmosis water so that helps extend the longevity of our coffee makers. The new machine has a few bells and whistles that our old machine did not have. So far we're liking that also. I guess were going to be buying a second one for our downstairs because were getting tired of carrying this one up and down the steps whenever it's needed downstairs in my wife's art studio.

Excellent coffee maker. Works with lots of Kurigh pods and trying different flavors.

I've owned a few different K-cup makers, and this one is my favorite. Nice sized water reservoir. I love the ability to make ice coffee as well as the multiple cup sizes. Heats up fairly quickly. Only "wish list" would be a receptacle for used cups, but that's a nit pick. It also would be nice to have markings on the unit of how many ounces each cup size is. I've had a few trial and errors trying to figure out what size mug each symbol equates to. Been using for several cups of different things daily without a hiccup.

Makes a GREAT cup of coffee. A bit splashy when filling a short cup.

I absolutely love this keurig coffee maker! It has the extra strong button, so my first cup of coffee can have a little bit more of a jolt.

Lots of options, easy to use, and great coffee. Great machine.

This version of the top of the line brewer has lost several useful design features that previous models had. First, the water reservoir level cannot be determined from the front, only from the side. Previous models had a small LED light on the water reservoir making the level easier to see. That's no longer featured. The entire top of the reservoir needs to be lifted off to add water. Previous models had a flip top lid to allow the addition of water. The LCD info panel is also a setback from previous models. Now when ready to brew, several (5+) buttons start flashing with no way to determine which button does what without either turning on the kitchen lights or memorizing the button locations. Unfortunately, this model is a regression from previous generations of Keurig brewers. Many convenient features have disappeared!

This coffee maker makes a great cup of coffee and brews tea as well. It is a bit pricey but is fast and quiet, so we like it better than the old one.

So far, so good. I bought this Keurig just over a month ago to replace a Keurig 2.0 that was taking too long to brew. This one is quick, and I like having more brewing-size options. The water reservoir is also quite generous, so refilling isn't as frequent. It's working well for us so far.

It's a solid coffee machine with a lot of useful options, such as auto start and auto-off. It also has features for iced coffee and has a big reservoir so that you dont have to fill it up as often.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother. When she opened it up, her and the whole family said it was so beautiful. She is really enjoying her new Keurig machine. I’m so glad i got it for her.

The coffee pot is easy to use and the coffee is delicious!

My old Keurig died so need a replacement. I like the brushed silver and the options on cup sizes. Also like the bold or normal options. Haven't used the iced option but might in the summer. Overall, very happy with our purchase.

Works as expected. Produces HOT coffee! Easy maintenance.

Which died a year ago. So far it has been absolutely fantastic for us. The only thing I don't like is having to fill the water reservoir every couple of days. It fits on our counter, with a k-cup holder underneath it, so that part is great. Color is silver for our 25th wedding anniversary.

Simple to set up and to use. Good coffee and easy to clean.
