I was hesitant about buying a Keurig. But I really love it. This coffee maker is really sleek and works great. It is a little big but I prefer it because it has a good sized water reservoir. This way you’re not constantly filling it.

So far, this is a great coffeemaker. It was a replacement for a previous Keurig Elite machine that finally gave up after 10 years of use. We're hoping we get similar impressive longevity out of this new machine. We only use reverse osmosis water so that helps extend the longevity of our coffee makers. The new machine has a few bells and whistles that our old machine did not have. So far we're liking that also. I guess were going to be buying a second one for our downstairs because were getting tired of carrying this one up and down the steps whenever it's needed downstairs in my wife's art studio.

Coffee is very hot. Makes a good cup of coffee. Sleek design.

Best Coffee Maker we love this coffee maker we had one like it and it finally quit working after 5 years so we bought another one just like it . I would recommend it to anyone.

This version of the Keurig has been great so far! Many updated features from the original model including the best ice coffee feature! Funniest part is I bought this Keurig in my dead sleep.... I have never done this before. I guess 2020 has brought on a new stress issue...possible sleep shopping. I go to work as a Covid nurse the next day and about noon the recollection of maybe buying something hits me. I furiously flip through my email to find, I not only bought one tv, I bought TWO of this TV, AND this Keurig. We are already proud owners of a keurig and we had plenty of TVs. Yet, here I am sleep shopping during Black Friday week. I can thank push ads, sleep deprivation, and the pandemic nursing stress for the crazy sleep shopping. My husband loves his new TV and Keurig with the ice coffee feature, so we can’t complain. My best friend bought a house in the neighborhood so she paid off my card charge for the second TV. All in all, fair warning, DO NOT have your phone save your Best Buy password and DO NOT have the site save your Best Buy card information.

Of the 3 Keurigs I've owned, this is definitely my favorite. Nice large water reservoir. Finally a 14 ounce setting for my travel cup. Can set it to turn on in the morning so I don't have to wait for heat up. Can also put the cup in and select brew settings without having to wait for heat up. Water heat up does not take long, and is always piping hot.

We love it! We needed to replace our old Keurig with a new one and we definitely made the right choice! Not only do we live the expedited coffee service, but we use it nearly as much to make instant soups, oatmeal, etc. Insread of having to boil the water! It also has a nice updsted sleek look!

Simple to use. Easy to handle. Makes a variety of sizes of cups of coffee for either you or the family, if needed. Glad I purchased when I did because it matches my kitchen decor with copper accents.

This generation of Keurig has some good perks going for it. Before the water is heated you can load a pod and it starts when ready. It brews quieter than past Kuerig models. Really enjoy the coffee and convenience.

Large reservoir. Easy to use. Works well. I also use a pod cutter to separate the coffee grounds from the recyclable plastic shell.

We had our previous Keurig for several years and were very happy with it. It suits our needs. So glad for Best Buy carrying quality products with ease of purchase. It works great and has some very good features on it such as descaling and a guide to make iced coffee. Love our Keurig!

Since people seem to dig a pros and cons list: Pros + Looks good in my kitchen + Good size water resevoir + Nice set of features and settings including cup sizes, water temperature, cleaning reminders. Cons - Not sure the additional features justify the price - The "Strong" and "iced coffee" functions don't seem to make much of a difference. It all tastes the same to me Still, one of the better k-cup machines for the convenience of having an acceptable cup of coffee when I can't be bothered to make a proper batch of French press.

Replaced my mom’s keurig of 8 years with this one for Christmas. She loves it, and it looks great in her kitchen! Beautiful color

I purchased this fine Keurig - Elite coffee maker because my old Keurig gave out after about 10 years. For obvious reasons, I stayed with a "winner item" from Best Buy at an attractive sale price! So far, all is well and my purchase is serving me and my wife mighty fine. Enough said!!!

I had an old Keurig that was barely hanging on. This one went on sale and I jumped on it and I am so glad I did. I love all the options - different size cups, cold coffee, hot water! The water filter is definitely bigger than my old one and it is much quieter too. I am so glad i got the K-Elite!

This version of the top of the line brewer has lost several useful design features that previous models had. First, the water reservoir level cannot be determined from the front, only from the side. Previous models had a small LED light on the water reservoir making the level easier to see. That's no longer featured. The entire top of the reservoir needs to be lifted off to add water. Previous models had a flip top lid to allow the addition of water. The LCD info panel is also a setback from previous models. Now when ready to brew, several (5+) buttons start flashing with no way to determine which button does what without either turning on the kitchen lights or memorizing the button locations. Unfortunately, this model is a regression from previous generations of Keurig brewers. Many convenient features have disappeared!

Love the options on the coffee pods and different sizes of cups including iced coffee.
