This makes great coffee and is very user friendly. I don't think I'll ever waste money to buy "good coffee" elsewhere now that I have this particular Keurig. My only disappointment was the delay in shipping that prevented it from arriving in time to gift for Valentine's Day. Best Buy is normally very efficient in getting items shipped. Nonetheless, this was a great purchase, competitively priced, and will keep me going back to Best Buy in the future.

Large reservoir. Easy to use. Works well. I also use a pod cutter to separate the coffee grounds from the recyclable plastic shell.

Bought this as a gift for my uncle. He had one that you had to wait for the water to warm before it would brew. He loves this one. Keep the tank full and hot coffee quickly. Would recommend this product.

A good upgrade from our last Keurig. It has some great new features and more cup sizes. Our old one was 10 years old and had to be cleaned and primed every few weeks. We bought this one to match our new stainless steel appliances from Best Buy.

Love this coffee maker!!! Only issue with the design is that in a tight space you can’t see how low the water level is, but other than that A+++++

I've been a Keurig user for years and when the opportunity came to get a new coffee machine I went directly to this Keurig machine. It works great with multiple cup sizes and and "iced " drink option. Being in Tucson this selection is used regularly. It's set up to turn on at 5:30 am and off at 6pm. Never a wait time to get my caffeine fix.

I do not drink coffee, but I make the first cup for my wife every morning. It was important to me to find a coffee maker with a timer that turned the coffee makere on a tacertain time evry morning. Not only does the coffee maker do this my wife says it makes excellent coffee time after time.

The Kerrig a elite works great. This is the second one I’ve had. The one I had prior to this lasted for years. This one should be just as good, and last just as long. Other models are not as good.

This was our first experience with Keurig and we were pleasantly surprised at how much we like the entire Keurig experience. We love trying differnt kinds of coffee and we have found that we have different tastes. No problem with the Keurig - we each make a single serving of the coffee we like the best. Great coffee maker.

Absolutely love this coffee maker! My favorite feature is that you don't need to wait until the water is hot in order to make your selection. I can literally turn it on, put in a K-cup and place my mug, and make my selection...and walk away! Then I can come back a bit later...and the coffee is there and waiting! The previous Keurigs never did that!

The 'old' Keurig last only 1.5 yrs. Not because the device itself stopped working but a small plastic part broke of the K-cup holder of the machine and there's simply no chance to find a spare part. The new generation doesn't have this kind of small, movable parts in the brewing component. Thus I hope this one will last longer.

Easy to use and looks great for the money it is great.

I really like this Keurig. I had one of the first ones for many years and it was good but my husband felt the water was getting less and less hot so we replaced it with this one. We like that you can adjust the temperature of the water, that you can make it a stronger brew and there are extra cup sizes. I also like the larger capacity water reservoir but the downside is it didn't come with any directions and I looked on line how to program the machine and despite many tries it turns on just fine but I can't get it to do an auto off.

This replaced a Touch K-cup machine that had lasted for many years. I did not want to buy another Keurig because of pervious ones' that took a long time to heat up that first cup and the idea of keeping a hot water reserve just to have a fast cup. This one heats just as fast as my old Touch and the price was reasonable.
